I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that the information stored about you is secure. This privacy policy sets out the kind of information held, why it is held, how it is stored, how long it is kept and how you can gain access to it or choose to remove it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 

What information is held?

The personal information that is held consists primarily of email addresses submitted by you in order to subscribe to a newsletter and any other contact or personal details that you may have sent.

Why do I store your personal information?

I collect the information for the following reasons:

  • To be able to send the newsletter

  • To be able to communicate efficiently and effectively. 

I will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law. 

Any personal information held solely for marketing purposes will only be stored once I have gained your consent to do so. 

I may add to or amend your personal information to make it easier to organise and access within my systems. 

How is it stored?

My contact database is stored in a secure, encrypted CRM system. This ensures the utmost security for your personal information and enables me to manage the information more readily.

How long is your information kept for?

Personal information given with consent for marketing purposes will be stored for as long as we continue to distribute our marketing material, or until you request that it is removed.

Controlling your personal information

Under new GDPR laws individuals are granted enhanced rights to control their personal information.

These give you the right to request a copy of your information, to object to the use of your information (including for marketing purposes), or to request that it is amended, removed or restricted the way that we use your information. If you provide consent but change your mind in the future you can make contact to modify or withdraw your information.

I hope that I can resolve any query or concern you may have about use of your information.

Personal information collected whilst using the website
